I had a serious problem with something today. There was a distinct possibility that a skid could be lifted wrong and the member holding it up could fail. I didn't know exactly what to do about it. But I went and talked to a colleague and together we found a solution that make the most sense and looks like it will be a general improvement on what we've been doing so far. I was relieved.
