It was hard to get myself started, but I feel a lot better for having accomplished something today.
I just watched a really gruesome leg injury on a Yahoo video and that reminded me, with the exception of a few aches from exertion, my shoulder did not hurt today.

I finished the first full draft of the big proposal that I've been working on for 2 weeks and I really feel pretty good about the quality of it.
My soccer team didn't win but we played a lot better than I thought we might.
I do really well considering I do everything without a safety net.
