I wrestled with whether to take something for my ankle pain and the security that I could get more let me make the decision easily. And in taking something for my ankle, I was not miserable with pain all night. And not being miserable left me room to think about more things I could do to not be miserable. It was a pretty joyful experience that has left me feeling positive and motivated for a new week.
