1. Countries that end in -e are feminine with four exceptions:
Le Cambodge
Le Mexique
Le Mozambique
Le Zimbabwe
2. It is important to do a quality job and always put your best effort forward. However, when analyzing your performance it is less important that you achieve "perfection" and more important that each incremental step is an improvement on the last. Judge that you are getting better, not that you've reached perfection, because that standard can not be achieved.
